AlpineV is owned and managed by seasoned sales, marketing and manufacturing professionals, with significant experience in product development, branding, network marketing, relationship marketing, retail, B2C, B2B, Fortune 500 and small business environments.

Mike Haynes, Co-Founder
Mike has been involved in the planning and advancement of new product designs spanning from high-tech to dietary supplements and others in between. 

Prior to AlpineV, Mike thrived in executive sales and management positions with several Fortune 500 companies. His impressive portfolio includes multi-million dollar contracts with global leaders in their respective industries. He has traveled extensively in over 20 countries, marking great success as an international businessman.

In addition to his love of business, Mike has a passion for powerlifting and fitness. He holds several state and national steroid-free powerlifting records and competes regularly. Mike's love for health and fitness has kept him involved in a variety of other sport activities that include marathons and white water rafting.

Lonny Stanford, Co-Founder
Lonny is a seasoned marketing executive with experience in product development, strategic planning, advertising, promotion, copyrighting and graphic design. He brings to AlpineV over 9 years of executive marketing experience and over 10 years of business management experience. Lonny has assisted companies ranging from high-tech markets to education and many in between. One of his latest accomplishments was the leadership and promotion of MaxStream, an embedded wireless start-up company, that achieved recognition as one of the INC 500's fastest growing companies in just three short years.

Lonny earned an MS in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Business. Using his training and work experience, Lonny has also provided professional coaching and consulting services to business managers and various business and private groups.

Cade Napierski, Co-Founder
With over 10 years of experience in product development and strategic planning, Cade has been instrumental in the ideation, development, and launch of many new product designs within the personal care, internet technology, and consumer product industries. He has assisted companies in global and domestic transportation, retail, direct selling, healthcare, engineering and services sector.

After earning an MBA with an emphasis in International Business and Entrepreneurship, Cade immediately put his skills to use working for a billion dollar leader in the network marketing industry. Before Cade left the company to develop AlpineV, he served as the Sr. International Market Manager for the North Asia region (a region responsible for over 60% of the company's revenues).

Cade is an avid cyclist, which allows him time to think while staying in shape. Cade also serves on the Board of Directors for the Children's Hospital Alliance, a non-profit children's charity.
